- Packaging artworks are created by at least 6 to 9 different departments coming together; with each function contributing for a specific portion of information
- Since many individuals representing all these departments have to collaborate together, in the absence of an artwork management software there is no structured way of communication.
- Communication is through multiple emails and phone calls. This does not communicate clearly and up to the point.
