RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Lead the strategic direction for technology platforms, vendors, partnerships, and external relationships
• Consolidate technology platforms, create corresponding plans, and oversee all system design and architecture changes
• Identify, compare, select, and implement technology solutions to address current and future needs, while tracking and analyzing technology performance metrics.
• Develop, track, and control annual operating and capital budgets for staffing, operations, and infrastructure assets to meet internal financial targets. Represent the technological agenda during staff meetings and hiring decisions.
• Establish and enforce technology standards and practices, ensuring compliance across the organization
• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in the technology landscape, driving thought leadership, innovation, and creativity initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Business Development, and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements.
